In spite of difficult living conditions, a cultural life exists indeed in Cameroon. At the first glance, it seems that this activity is primarily turned towards the foreign community and the local dominant classes. However, while looking at more closely, some fight so that this culture arrives until the fine bottom of the popular districts. That is the case in Bessengue with Doual'art or in New Bell with Kapsikis.

This section is devoted to discover what is done in the field of arts in Cameroun.
Far from being exhaustive, one will rather find there an evocation of what we have even discovered.
Literature/theatre and a section visual arts is accessible.
A section is devoted to the description of the various places and cultural actors of Douala (galleries, arts centres...)
