Musics of Cameroon: Donny Elwood

Donny Elwood, the "Pygmy" as everyone calls him within the country, never separates himself from his legendary hat. Author, composer and interpret, his force comes from his words. Simple and incisive, funny with wish, his texts are a true treat.
And it is however well contemporary Cameroon which inspires the author. These small and major problems with which his compatriots are confronted form the screen of his songs.
Two albums are with the credit of the artist who unfortunately did not exhaust the source of his inspiration.
